Producing creative, clear and insightful copy for various mediums including blogs, newsletters and websites
Drafting short, snappy pieces about new product features brief and customer announcements
Writing long-form copy designed to engage with customers, persuade prospects and attract potential members of the team
Overseeing our Help Centre and keeping our customer knowledge base up to date with the latest information
Helping the marketing team by creating copy for email campaigns
Writing the odd product update for our mobile app
Collaborating with people across the business on projects and campaigns
Creating content for our website including landing pages and product pages. You’ll also be working with our creative team to make sure that visual content complements your words
Obviously you’ll need excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills!
Excellent verbal communication skills
A willingness to work with others to create new things and ideas
An understanding of different language styles and tones in order to appeal to customers and prospects at different stages of the buying process
Ability to design content for different formats taking into account tone, length and audience to create bespoke content
A keen interest in ecommerce, advertising trends and digital/content marketing tools
Technical knowledge and experience in writing for technology organisations is a major plus
Knowing how to manage your time and stick to deadlines is a must
A love of Microsoft Office
Fully fluent in English
