We have an exciting opportunity for an Office Manager to join our head office in London.
Handling document flow
Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence
Organizing meetings and events: arranging to print and deliver paper copies of relevant documentation, booking conference rooms, meeting and greeting all visitors
Providing business travel support to the offices outside the UK
Welcoming new employees, managing databases, interacting with contractors and suppliers regarding payroll issues
Recording office expenditure and managing the budget
Liaising with public agencies like tax inspectors, auditors on behalf of the Financial Department
Exceptional communication skills
At least 1 year-experience in a similar position
Genuinely interested in ensuring office runs smooth and stable
Great team player
Efficient in multitasking
Position in a large international company

On the February 11, 2020 ePayments Systems Limited (‘ePayments’) agreed with the Financial Conduct Authority (‘FCA’) to suspend all activity on its customer accounts. This decision was taken following a review, by the FCA, of ePayments anti-money laundering systems and controls, which identified weakness that required remediation.
