Technical Support Engineer

We require the following from the candidates:

Work with the information system database

Resolve non-standard cases within the user and operator mode of the system

Investigate incidents using database, logs, monitoring system alerts

Eliminate user issues or refer to responsible departments

Draw up and coordinate terms of reference

Integrate the product with partner systems

Escalate incidents to responsible departments, monitor resolution process, inform all stakeholders in a timely manner

Responsibilities and duties:

Experience in technical support/IT

Ability to create SQL queries and work with databases

Ability to recognise, assess and anticipate risks

Multitasking is not just a characteristic of our employees, it is their usual state of mind. This allows them to constantly evolve and acquire new expertise

Ability to analyse and evaluate information, to identify cause and effect relations between the various actions of all participants in the process.

Nice to have:

Experience in analytics (TOR writing)

Formulate coherent requirements

Understanding of how the technical support levels work

Understanding of web application design and logic

Stack of technologies:

MS SQL Studio, Robo 3T / Mongo, Git, Graylog, Postman, ZenDesk, Grafana, Jira, Confluence, Excel, Slack Workflow Builder
