The key task is to recruit technical specialists (C# developers, QAA, QA, DevOps, as well as analysts, technical writers, project and product managers, UX/Ui designers, etc.)
Sourcing candidates on different platforms and using various tools (boolean search, plugins, etc.)
Building partnership with business customers
Assessing candidates on interviews using a variety of techniques and presenting candidates to the customer
Manage the relocation of successful candidates
Develop and maintain the employee referral program
Participate in other HR department projects (onboarding, internal communications, etc.)
2 or more years' experience in IT recruitment
Experience in searching for candidates using a variety of sources
Ability to interact with developers, understanding the way they think
Willingness to handle a heavy workload
Strong sense of responsibility and result-oriented performance
English - preferably B2 (interacting with staff from the UK office)
