HR Director

We require the following from the candidates:

Develop and implement HR strategy according the business goals of the company

Responsible for senior level decision making regarding people issues

Build internal communication between offices in different locations (currently Russia and UK)

Implement, maintenance and optimize of HR policies and procedures

Lead and develop such functions as recruitment, corporate culture and internal communications, HR brand and staff training

Design and implement a personnel evaluation system and develope further measures to promote employee growth and development

Create and develop a workforce asset

Implement C&B function

Create and develop company culture

Take ownership of all budgeting and forecasting processes across the HR division

Responsibilities and duties:

Experience in leading HR function 5+ years In technology companies

Experience of managing a team - this role will manages a team of 3+ people

Experience of working in an international company. Preferably experience in building interaction Russia - UK

Good knowledge of UK and Russian working practices

Knowledge of Russian

Ability to promote HR best practice throughout the organization, including at a senior level

Knowledge and skills in different methods of personnel evaluation

Experience of driving culture and engagement strategies

Experience in implementing C&B function from the scratch - nice to have

Excellent interpersonal skills, with strong emotional intelligence

Proactive approach to work and flexibility to change

Comfortable working in a busy and dynamic environment

Ability to think strategically and translate concepts into actionable items
