New Issue-Suntrust Banks sells $500 mln in five-year notes

Oct 31 (Reuters) - Suntrust Banks sold on Wednesday $500 million five-year notes, said market sources. Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated and Suntrust Robinson Humphrey were the joint bookrunning managers for the sale. BORROWER: SUNTRUST BANKS AMT
